Vista Cabinets operates under Florida State Certified General Contractor (CRC1533803) and Residential Contractor (CRC1332751) licenses.

Our Approach

The common approach to construction and remodeling relies on inviting multiple trades to provide project estimates, then selecting the lowest estimate without compromising quality. Such an approach requires a highly capable and well-connected construction management team to appropriately select, contract, and supervise more than 18 trades involved in any given project.

Typical pitfalls of this approach include determining liability and financial responsibility when one or more subcontractors fail to perform as contracted. Such failures can lead to increased costs due to shifting market rates, construction delays, extended timelines, and potential liquidated damages.

For those with little to no experience in the construction industry, identifying and hiring qualified, reliable, and cost-effective subcontractors can be a major challenge, often leading to substandard work, project delays, and substantially increased costs.
